Shipping

Orders in Finland are sent via Posti or UPS and abroad generally via UPS. Delivery time after the dispatching of the order within Finland and Europe is 2-6 working days and to outside Europe 7-14 working days.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Payment

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. All transfers are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handel over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Prices

All prices and charges on the pricelist are in euros. The prices include Finnish VAT (25,5% or 10%). Prices do not include delivery or custom costs. Orders from non-EU countries might be subject to duties and/or taxes. Duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are due at the time of delivery.

Returns

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. All of the returned items must be in the same condition and in the original, undamaged packaging as they were when purchased. To begin the return process, please contact via Contact page to get more detailed information. All returns must always be sent with a tracking code and notified in advance. All returned items have to be properly repacked in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Refunds can be made after the returned item has been received.
